I would like to attend both days of the Physics Discipline Network Workshop & I enclose a cheque for £100 (to cover the cost of the workshop fee, lunch, dinner, refreshments, overnight accommodation on Sept. 9th, Breakfast, refreshments & final lunch). If you require overnight accommodation on September 8th, please add £35.

I would like to attend for both days but do not require overnight accommodation and I enclose a cheque for £65 (to cover both days fees, lunch, refreshments & evening meal).

I would like to attend for one day only* and enclose a cheque for £35 (to cover a single day’s attendance fee, lunch & refreshments only). I will be attending on:
